Privacy policy

Effective October 24, 2026

This policy explains how TravelSnap AI, including Travi by TravelSnap, handles information when you use travelsnap.ai, its dashboard, recording links, widgets, and connected accounts.

For privacy questions or requests, contact [email protected]. If you record a video for a business using TravelSnap, that business also determines how your submission is used. You can contact that business directly about its use of your video.

Information we handle

We handle the information you provide to create an account, manage a brand, contact support, or submit a recording. This can include your email address, name, business website, brand settings, messages, videos, images, audio, transcripts, translations, and recording permissions or consent choices.

We also handle technical information needed to operate the service, such as session cookies, device and browser information, IP addresses, service logs, and interactions with our website or video player. Payment and subscription information is processed through our payment provider; do not send payment-card details in chat or video submissions.

Connected accounts

Connections are optional. You authorize each provider through its own permission screen. We store the resulting access credentials on the server in encrypted form to maintain the connection and refresh authorized access.

  • Google Search Console: we use your Google account identity and read-only access to list accessible website properties and retrieve search-performance and page-indexing information for the property you select. This supports website and video-search findings.
  • Google Drive: we use your Google account identity and access to files you explicitly select with Google Picker. We retrieve selected video files and their metadata to import them into your brand library. This connection does not scan your entire Drive.
  • TikTok: with your permission, we retrieve your account identifier, display name, avatar, and public-video metadata, including available descriptions, thumbnails, links, and engagement counts. We use this inventory to help you review existing videos and link uploaded originals. This connection does not provide general access to private videos or your TikTok password.
  • Instagram: when connected, we retrieve authorized professional-account and video-post information. If you choose to import an accessible video, we retrieve its footage for analysis.
  • Property systems: when connected, services such as Guesty or Hospitable supply authorized property and booking information used for your selected properties and guest-recording workflow.

Google account data is used for the features you authorize. We do not sell it, use it for advertising, or use it to train generalized AI models. Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

How information is used and shared

We use information to provide and secure your account, collect and manage recordings, analyze selected footage, generate transcripts or translations, prepare edits and dubbing, assess website and search visibility, provide support, and manage billing. A source import does not itself publish the imported video.

Requested features can send relevant data to service providers. These include Google Cloud for hosting and AI processing, ElevenLabs for supported voice and dubbing features, storage providers for video files, Resend for service email, and Stripe for payments. A selected original imported from Drive may be sent for AI analysis when processed in your library. Public website scans may use Olostep to retrieve website content.

Content and findings can be accessed by authorized users of your brand or workspace. Content you choose to publish through a website, widget, recording story, or social channel becomes available to that audience. External platforms apply their own privacy policies.

We may disclose information where necessary to comply with law, protect the service or others, or complete a business transfer with appropriate safeguards.

Cookies and website analytics

Session cookies support sign-in and account security. Our website also uses Microsoft Clarity to understand website interactions and improve usability. Clarity may use cookies and collect device, usage, and interaction information under Microsoft’s privacy statement. Browser settings can restrict cookies, although this may affect sign-in and other functionality.

Disconnecting, retention, and deletion

You can disconnect an account in the dashboard’s source settings. Disconnecting removes the connection’s stored access credentials and cached provider inventory, stops further synchronization, and cancels pending source imports. Videos already imported into your library remain until deleted separately. You can also revoke access in your Google, TikTok, or Meta account settings.

We retain information while needed to provide the service and meet security, legal, and accounting obligations. Our Terms of Service describe retention of customer materials following cancellation. Backup copies and records required for legal or security purposes may remain for longer than active service data.

To request access, correction, export, deletion, or withdrawal of recording consent, contact [email protected] and identify the relevant account or recording. We may need to verify your identity or coordinate with the business that requested the recording. Depending on your location, you may also have rights to object to or restrict processing and complain to your data-protection authority.

Security, international processing, and changes

We use access controls and encrypted storage for connected-account credentials. No service can guarantee absolute security. Our providers may process information in countries other than yours; the applicable arrangements and safeguards depend on the provider and service.

The business dashboard is intended for business users, not children. Do not submit recordings without the permissions required from the people shown or heard in them, including a parent or guardian where applicable.

We may update this policy as the service changes. The effective date above identifies the current version. We will seek any additional authorization required before using connected-account data for a new purpose.
